England’s Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs)
When UKTI wanted to understand the needs of the English LEP’s, they asked Gareth John Consulting to undertake a strategic analysis of all the LEP’s to support the production of a development programme to improve their capacity to deliver Inward Investment.
This four month project culminated in an action plan for each LEP which detailed the measures UKTI could put in place to support the LEP’s
As a follow up to this work, Gareth John Consulting was asked to develop and deliver training programmes around Proposition Development and Account Management to LEP staff.
